Lost the asphalt tiles on one side of my summerhouse during the récent storm - wind gusts of 112 kph. I tried ExcelClad for replacements. They didn't stock them. No one in the rural county of Shropshire does apparently but Roger put a lot of effort into finding a supplier and kept me up to speed on progress. Liverpool ultimately proved to have a source, surprisingly. A big thank you to Roger and ExcelClad and 5 stars for their efforts.

Update: A week later still no receipt. I wonder if this is there way of hiding it from the tax man? Absolutely poor customer experience this morning. Having been told we have to wait outside and they will bring the product to us, which I totally understand, they asked for my card details to pay, when I said I wanted to see it first make sure I was buying the right item and it was what I was looking for I was told, very bullish, to give my card details first and then they would 'put it through if I wanted it'. I gave them my personal card details and they told me they wouldn't accept that only a company card. I told them that I would have to pay cash, I was greeted rather sarcastically with, 'well, have you got the cash?'. I informed them I did. When they brought it out, it was what I was looking for so I paid for the item. The chap then said I'll pop the receipt in the post, I asked him I want take the receipt away with me. He then told me I would have to wait atleast half n hour to get my receipt. I asked why, he told because they would have to process it. The other customer who was there and I were both bewildered as to why it would take so long. The guy then just walked back in and closed the gate. Shocking service and shocking attitude, safe to say will not be going back there again.

Tried to visit to have a look at the products available in their yard for a large job....not interested. Refused to let us through the gate due to 'the current circumstances'. We wanted to have a look at the products we intended to spend ££££ on in your OUTSIDE yard. Odd how all other businesses can have customers inside their small shops, and driving instructors can be less than 1m away from their students yet you can't let us in to see the range. Useless.

The only company I know who stock roofing sheets for my garage, & they delivered. All at a reasonable cost. Excellent service!

I cannot believe this company. ....they delivered damaged goods and then refused to take them back and replace with undamaged goods...and that was after 10 phone calls and 3 days of trying.. They offered me some paint to cover up all the scratches although the protective coat on every sheet was damaged and said it didn't matter how the roof looked! It actually did matter to me how it looked...very much...and I ordered new not damaged goods...apparently as I was in Somerset and they were a small family company (although later they were part of a Group) it was way too much trouble to deliver to me again and therefore it was totally my responsibility and I had to compromise. I would strongly recommend not using them.
